Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Since we offer digital products such as courses, lessons, and other digital content, we generally do not provide refunds after the product has been accessed, downloaded, or used.

Refund Eligibility for Digital Products

We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where refunds may be necessary. Refunds for digital products may be granted at the sole discretion of SM Trading Wala under the following conditions:

  • You have not accessed or downloaded the product.
  • You request a refund within 3 days of the purchase date.
  • The digital product is defective or does not function as described.

2. Subscription and Membership Services

For subscription-based or membership services that grant access to ongoing content (such as courses, resources, or modules):

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds for monthly subscriptions will not be issued once the billing cycle has started. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the content until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions may be considered if requested within 3 days of the initial purchase. After the 3-day period, no refunds will be provided, but you can cancel your subscription and continue to access the content until the end of the annual cycle.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • In cases of partial refunds (if applicable), you will be notified of the exact amount that will be refunded.

5. Exemptions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • The digital product has been accessed, used, or downloaded.
  • Requests made after 3 days of purchase.
  • Subscription services that have already been accessed or used beyond the refund eligibility period.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription or membership at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting our support team at info@smtradingwala.in Upon cancellation:

  • Monthly subscribers will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Annual subscribers will retain access until the end of the annual cycle unless a refund request has been approved within the eligibility period.
